Started in B2B sales, realized I wanted to build things rather than just sell them, and moved into IT.

Spent years as Project Manager and Product Owner across agencies and startups, mostly the kind of roles where "everything except coding" is the job description. Eventually got enough experience to move into Product Management and own the full picture.

Surprisingly comfortable working on complex things: applications with complex flows, payment systems, automating something that "can't be automated", or connecting teams that aren't talking to each other. There's nothing quite like seeing something work where it didn't before, with a team that's aligned instead of pulling in different directions.

Outdoors when possible. Reading. Strategy and resource management games, essentially doing my job for fun.
